Managed Support
Most IT problems are not hard. They are just slow to reach someone who already understands your setup.
We assign a specific team to your account at onboarding — the same engineers, month after month. They learn your line-of-business applications, your quirks, the one workstation that runs the label printer. You stop re-explaining your business every time you open a ticket.
Everything runs through one queue. Phone, email, or portal all land in the same system, so nothing gets lost in someone’s inbox and every request has a number, an owner, and a clock on it.
Behind the queue, monitoring agents watch servers, workstations, backups, and network gear continuously. A meaningful share of what we fix is closed before anyone on your side notices it — a failing disk replaced during business hours instead of a Tuesday morning outage.
Named engineering team
The same people, not a rotating pool. Escalation path documented on day one.
Unlimited remote helpdesk
Flat per-seat pricing. No per-ticket billing, so nobody hesitates to ask.
Onsite when it matters
Hardware, cabling, moves, and anything that genuinely needs hands in the room.
24/7 monitoring & alerting
Servers, endpoints, backups, and network devices, with defined thresholds.
Patch & update management
Tested, staged, and scheduled — not pushed the day Microsoft ships it.
Asset & warranty tracking
You always know what you own, how old it is, and when it stops being supported.
Do we have to replace our internal IT person?
No, and it is often a bad idea. Plenty of our clients keep someone in-house for the day-to-day and use us for after-hours coverage, projects, security, and depth on the things one person cannot reasonably cover alone.
How is this priced?
Per seat, per month, on an agreement with a defined scope. You get a fixed number to budget against instead of an hourly bill that spikes in your worst month.
What happens in the first 30 days?
Discovery and documentation, monitoring agents deployed, backups verified end to end, and a written findings report with anything we consider urgent flagged separately from anything we consider eventual.
