Networks
Nearly every problem reported as "the internet is slow" is really a design problem somewhere in the network.
We design and build the whole path: circuits, firewalls, switching, wireless, and VoIP. Treating those as separate purchases from separate vendors is how you end up with a phone system that degrades whenever someone joins a video call.
Wireless is surveyed rather than guessed. Access point placement is based on measurement of the actual space — walls, racking, glass, interference — not on a floor plan and a rule of thumb.
Multi-site and remote work are handled at the design stage. Branch offices, warehouses, and home users get consistent policy and consistent performance rather than a different arrangement in each location.
Network design & implementation
Documented topology, addressing, and VLAN segmentation from the outset.
Wireless surveys & deployment
Predictive and on-site surveys. Placement based on measurement.
Firewalls & secure remote access
Next-generation firewalls with policy that reflects how you actually work.
VoIP & unified communications
Phone systems with the QoS work done properly so calls hold up under load.
Multi-site connectivity
Site-to-site tunnels, SD-WAN, and failover circuits for branch locations.
Structured cabling
Certified runs, labeled both ends, with a record of what terminates where.
Can you work with our existing equipment?
Usually. We will tell you plainly what is worth keeping, what is out of support, and what is actively causing the problem you called about.
Do you handle the ISP relationship?
Yes — ordering circuits, chasing installs, and escalating faults. Dealing with carriers is a large part of what this service saves you.
Next step
Let's talk about networks.
Tell us what your setup looks like and what has been going wrong. We will tell you what we would do about it, and roughly what it costs.
