IT Consulting
The expensive decisions in IT are rarely technical. They are decisions about timing, sequence, and what you refuse to do.
We start with what the business is trying to do over the next one to three years — hiring, opening a location, an acquisition, a compliance deadline, a lease coming up. Then we work backwards to what the technology has to support, and what it will cost.
The output is a roadmap with dates and dollars attached: what gets replaced this year, what can safely wait, what is nearing end of support, and what represents genuine risk. It is a document you can take to a board or a partner meeting.
We are deliberately not a reseller with a quota to hit. When the honest answer is that your current setup is fine and you should spend the money on something else, that is the answer you get.
Technology roadmap
A 12–36 month plan with refresh cycles, costs, and dependencies mapped.
Budget forecasting
Capital and operating projections your finance team can actually use.
Vendor selection & management
We run the evaluation, the negotiation, and the relationship afterwards.
Migration planning
Cutover sequencing, rollback plans, and communications, decided before anyone touches production.
Office moves & build-outs
Cabling, circuits, and equipment scheduled against the construction timeline.
Compliance readiness
Gap assessment and remediation planning for the frameworks that apply to you.
Can we engage you for consulting without managed support?
Yes. Assessments, roadmaps, and migration planning are all available as standalone project work.
Do you take commissions from the vendors you recommend?
We hold partner relationships with several manufacturers and will tell you which ones apply to any given recommendation. Where a commission exists, you will know about it before you decide.
Next step
Let's talk about it consulting.
Tell us what your setup looks like and what has been going wrong. We will tell you what we would do about it, and roughly what it costs.
